KRISTJAN TUUL

Kristjan Tuul is an attorney-at-law with more than seven years of experience, focusing primarily on litigation and criminal and misdemeanour matters. He has represented clients in several of Estonia’s largest and most high-profile criminal cases in recent years, giving him extensive experience in resolving complex proceedings of significant public interest.
In addition to criminal law, he is one of Estonia’s best-known practitioners in the field of air passenger rights, and his representation has played an important role in shaping Estonian case law in this area. Kristjan approaches every case practically and with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for the client. According to clients, Kristjan stands out for his ability to understand not only the legal aspects of a case, but also what the proceedings actually mean for the person involved.
